This website is operated by Iklektik Ink. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Iklektik Ink. Iklektik Ink offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Wix They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

 

ONLINE STORE TERMS 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

 

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION 

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. 

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

 

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable) 

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. 

 

SHARING OF IMAGES & VIDEO FOOTAGE

Iklektik Ink reserves the right to use images or video footage of all designed stationery, props used for the events and other items we produce for you for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere). 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Iklektik Ink holds and retains, at all times, complete ownership and intellectual property rights of stationery, designs or materials produced, whether complete or incomplete.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS & PRODUCTION TIME

Order processing and production time will vary for each individual order. Please allow between 4-8 weeks for custom invitation suites and bonbonnierie orders. 

 

Custom acrylic box orders will depend on the colour and size of design requested. Please allow 2-3 weeks for design and production. 

 

We offer Australia-wide and International shipping. 

 

Iklektik Ink always works diligently to produce every order with love and care and to ensure it leaves our studio promptly. Iklektik Ink uses third party providers to deliver orders and has absolutely no control of the time or schedule of deliveries. Delivery time within Australia is approximately 1-5 working days depending on your location. International orders timeframes vary depending on their location. Due to Covid-19, delivery times will vary depending on the courier company. We kindly ask for patience during busy periods. 

 

Iklektik Ink will provide tracking information to all client orders being posted out. Iklektik Ink will not be held responsible for any postage delays or delivery schedules from third party providers. It is up to the client receiving the order to follow up the courier provider on any transit updates. Iklektik Ink does not offer any refunds on orders delivered late by a third party. Please allow for ample time before your event and time for delivery before you place your order.

 

VEIL EMBROIDERY

Iklektik ink asks that you allow at least 10 weeks production time before your scheduled wedding date. This allows adequate time for Iklektik Ink to accommodate any changes to your design through the design process.

 

Iklektik Ink will create a custom embroidered veil as per your information and style request. We start with an initial consultation where we discuss the desired look and style of the design you are wanting to achieve. Then we will embroider actual size patches of the embroidery for you to confirm the thread colour, size and placement. Once this is confirmed we will then embroider directly to your veil.

All veils are welcome, however it is important to understand that each one is embroidered custom made-to-order and made with machine embroidery and hand-finishing. 

 

As with all hand made items, slight variations may occur  due to the nature of the process i.e a slightly different angle or placement of part of an embroidery design. 

 

Iklektik Ink is not responsible for slight imperfections that may occur during the embroidery of the veil.

 

URGENT ORDERS

If you need your order urgently, please keep in mind we have a rush order fee and this will depend on size of job and date required.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

As all of our products are custom made to your requirement, we are unable to accept any refund or exchanges for change of mind. 

Iklektik Ink does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items. We take extensive care in making sure that all our packages are securely packed and inspected before being sent. If your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of you receiving the item. We will need your order number, and some photographs and a description of the damage to the item. We will refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, and we deem that it was the couriers fault, we will offer you a replacement of the same item. This item will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving notification that your item has been damaged. If you no longer want the item we will issue a store credit or a refund. To receive a refund on an item you will need to return the item in an unused condition, as you received it. Please take care in packaging the item to avoid further damage, and please send registered or tracked post. Once we have received the item and deemed it faulty/or damaged in transit we will refund you the purchase price less delivery. 

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees for refunds. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.

 

QUOTATIONS

All quotes provided expire within 14 calendar days. Iklektik Ink reserves the right to adjust prices in any quotation once the expiry period has passed. 

 

DEPOSITS

Iklektik Ink requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total hire/service cost and is required to be paid to Iklektik Ink to confirm your booking and order of goods. Deposits paid will be deducted from the total bill payable are non-refundable once a booking has been made. The remaining payment must be fully paid before we finalise the delivery of any goods/service.

 

INVOICES & PAYMENTS 

The total invoice must be paid 14 working days before the event/hire date and before the picking up or delivery of any item. Invoices must be paid in full in order for the goods to be released. 

 

If you wish to make a booking within 14 days of the event/hire, the full invoice must be paid in order for the goods to be released and your booking be confirmed. 

 

Iklektik Ink accepts cash, direct deposit and PayPal. 

 

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and GST is added on the invoice.

Please note that a 15% surcharge will be charged to your invoice for hire/events on public holidays and weekends that include pickup and drop off on public holidays. Cancellations and variation of orders need to be communicated before the event.

 

If an event/hire is cancelled within 30 days and the full amount has been paid, this is non-refundable and will be forfeited to Iklektik Ink. We can organise a credit for other products. However, no refunds will be issued due to bad weather or world wide related issues e.g. Covid-19 related issues.

If you have already fully paid for your event styling and coordination for your event and then decide later that you want to cancel. Iklektik Ink reserves the right to withhold 50% of the total fee paid for our services to cover for work that has already begun. 

 

If your custom order (including, crystal icons, bonbonnierie, wedding sashes and any other product) has been fully paid for, we proceed to order stock accordingly. If at a later date you decide to cancel your order, there are no refunds, alternatively do offer credit notes. We will continue to produce your order and organise for delivery to be complete.

 

PICK UP

Clients can arrange to pick up their items from Iklektik Ink’s West Hoxton studio the day prior/week of the event, unless otherwise arranged. Name/s and contact details must be provided for the person taking the goods. Clients must arrange a time with Iklektik Ink to ensure the studio is open and a staff member is present. 

 

Covid-19

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are running business as usual unless government officials state otherwise. If your event is cancelled/postponed to a later date, we will ensure to accomodate these changes as best we can. We will continue to produce your order as requested. We are offering credits on existing orders/bookings for up to a year in advance, as well as date changes subject to product/item availability. Once orders are paid for there are no refunds.
